Im fat

Ya I've been bingeing(need to clarify... its not a binge just an actual eat like 2000cals) a regular binge for me was 3200-5000cals... anyways bottom line is I'm now 78.3kg!!! YAY fun!!! Im on a 3 day religious fast after which I will do a 4 day water fast for weight loss... finishin on thurs night (12th august 10pm)

Sorry bout the lack of creativity just not feelin the best now!

Not a binge but 1800cals+

I got home after a 420cal day and knew I had to be gud... I had lots of peanuts(which are healthy but high in cals) and a few handfuls of muesli as a snack... got carried away and had more handfuls of muesli and cheerios and this mornin I gained! I mean I didnt binge like just handfuls and nibbles... Takin laxes later and hopin for the best... i've 3 days of religious fasts ahead thur fri and sat so I hope I do make my goal of 71kg by sat evening.... I will post and update then...

My new food love and fotos from old blog(was 73-75kg)

only 86 cals for a 190 gram pot!!!!! taste so yummy u cud have 10 a day and still be skinny!!! even 20 a day lol... I'm havin 2 today! with 4 small apples (200cals) minestrone soup (37cals) Which brings me to about 420 cals by 8pm cos I'm buyin nothing till then....
= approx 180cals
4 x small apple 50cals = 200 cals

W & G Rock!!!!

So G & I always meet up on Mondays to train together... today we met up and kicked ass... I did 1 hr already earlier on and was eager for more...

here's what we did

15 min warmup
21.5min stair runnin [60 x 32 steps]
8 min hill runnin + Jumpin Jacks
3.5min Joggin to the cars
20.5min Ballet Style Squats [50 x 4 reps]

1hr 8 mins ish

1hr cardio/ circuit training in the morning

It's me W and I managed to do 1 hr cardio/ circuit training in the morning today... Felt fat when I woke up and saw old pics so was motivated! anyways will weigh on thursay and then hoping I will be 71kg by Saturday...Fingers crossed I get ther...ltrs

74.9Kg


Doin awesome here's a pic of me at 76...I've lost weight since then and look slightly less fat but too tired to take photos... and its that t.o.m so dunno how i can go for my run tomr... Worked out 2 days in a row...will hopefully make it 3 by tomr...W xoxo
