I got home after a 420cal day and knew I had to be gud... I had lots of peanuts(which are healthy but high in cals) and a few handfuls of muesli as a snack... got carried away and had more handfuls of muesli and cheerios and this mornin I gained! I mean I didnt binge like just handfuls and nibbles... Takin laxes later and hopin for the best... i've 3 days of religious fasts ahead thur fri and sat so I hope I do make my goal of 71kg by sat evening.... I will post and update then...
